For those of you who knew us way back when, you know how much clay I could mix in my hands at one time. It was hard to keep up with Marie, as she worked very fast. The pasta machine came into play in 1984. The suggestion to use it came from Helmut Gerber of Eberhard Faber.It took me only a short while to master this piece of equipment. My time in mixing the F-word clay was cut in half. This allowed me to mix more clay in less time. Which also allow us to produce more finished product. |
